Job Description | -Be familiar with IT applications and systems to assist in the troubleshooting of reported errors and/or problems and coordinate timely resolution through other departments. -Coordinate the analysis/troubleshooting of system/application issues to determine/report root cause and encourage future prevention. -Document issues and complaints and pass business requirements and enhancement requests related to IT systems and/or applications on to technical business analysts. -Comply with all adopted processes, methodologies, standards, and deliverables associated with software development lifecycle (SDLC). -Act as a support liaison between the Business Analyst team and market shareholders to communicate upcoming priorities and releasing of bug defects. -Software testing and validation of bug defects and work closely with the IT Production Support Manager to ensure that issues are being addressed for future software enhancement releases. -Configure and maintain general hardware like Desktop PC, Laptops (Windows and Mac) and Thin Clients, Cisco IP Phone and accessories, Audio/Visual equipment, and physical access cards and systems. -Work in a team with other IT Specialist in Production Support and Infrastructure support to service to ensure efficient functioning of the technology organization in Korea and other offices. -Maintain Support Tickets in IT Ticketing system. -Work under minimal supervision to meet deadlines. |

Job Requirement | -Bachelor’s degree, or appropriate certification, and or equivalent experience. -More than 7+ years’ experience in Retail, FMCG Industry prefered -Committed to complying with all applicable SDLC policies, processes, procedures, methodologies, lifecycles, etc. in contributing to all project deliverables and “zero defect” standards. -Ability to work in a fast pace, high energy environment with the ability to adapt to change. -Excellent technical knowledge of PC and desktop hardware and software; including internal PC components. -Extensive hands-on experience in a desktop support environment A MUST -Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience. -Knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards. |
