| Job Requirement | • Bachelors' degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA from top U.S. or European institutions highly preferred • At least 8 years of total experience in top-tier investment banking (M&A/ financial advisory), top-tier management consulting, private equity or strategic planning/ corporate development/ finance role from fast-paced results oriented multinational corporation is a must • Prior experience in retail would be a plus • Good modeling skills and extensive experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting complex analysis to executives and senior management • Exceptional proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of corporate finance and accounting. Knowledge of Retail KPI analysis is a plus • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support • Successful candidate must display strong initiative for anticipating and meeting the business demands of senior management. He or she must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate the highest professional standards of integrity • English should be native speaker or at least fluent. |
