Job Description | 1) Strategy and workforce planning - Design, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives - Work closely with People Managers to ensure talent needs are anticipated and the appropriate recruitment strategies are in place to meet People manager needs - Make sure the organization to place person with the right talent in right position and make the use of our workforce to achieve our business goals 2) Employment branding and elevate candidate experience - Develop a trusted relationship with the business and become a business partner to the team in order to deliver a best in class hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers; - Plan and manage full-cycle recruitment process to enhance employment brand and to improve candidate experience for stores and office 3) Sourcing and assessing - Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies that produce qualified candidate. Keep abreast of evolving market trends, recruitment best practices and leading-edge sourcing streams, adjusting strategies - Directly sourcing talent and making or facilitating hiring decisions for exempt and non-exempt positions by developing a pipeline of candidates through various sourcing techniques; determining when and if to utilize third-party assistance for staffing needs. |

Job Requirement | - +7 years of relevant work experience - Strong HR experience in Retail industry, fashion & luxury will be plus - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both Korean and Englsih) - Collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting - Ability to deal with different types of people - Knowledge and practical application of all HR in a complex and matrix business environment - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to apply quantitative analysis to HR programmatic outcomes and regularly supplied business reports to assess opportunity for continuous improvement - Strong business acumen and people acumen, and ability to influence business leaders at an executive level - BS/BA degree required |
