| Job Description | •Provide detailed and personalized client analysis in terms of grasping purchase power for each client, of analyzing each characteristic and anticipating further potential to become Dior Elite clients •Ensure recruitment of new clients and non-active existing client •Provide result recap for each Collection OTO, analysis and thank-you action planning •Schedule a monthly meeting and discussion on monthly dashboard, review on client segmentation matrix and to be Elite clients, client detail sharing and prospect development planning •Take ownership for Gift and treatment activity •Help CDM manager in Budget management •Ensure Data management and MKT system input •Handle RSVP for each boutique in OTO appointments, and maximize involvement of PSR clients and new prospects •Create Plans for DM development and sending out •Schedule for Dior Magazine order and distribution plan •Create a report on Retail annual client retention rate and recruit rate by SA |
