Job Description -Manage organizational schedule adherence, reviewing attendance, punctuality& time off.
-Manage and process General & Administrative spending and monitor the payment process by co-working with each dept. to ensure payment is processed accurately and timely.
-Collaborate with all department and support consistently
-Manage necessary office related service from sourcing vendor or supplier to maintaining service agreement
-Lead office working environment as comfortably as possible.
-Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and presentations)
-Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
-Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
-In addition, the office manager could be required to provide additional support as per the business needs of the office.
Job Requirement -5+ years of Office Managing, Administration or relevant experience
-Bachelor / Master degree of Administration or related field
-Communication Skills required both in Korean and English
-Analytical Thinking (Thinking Systematically, Problem Solving)
-Highly proficient Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving.
-Teamwork / Perceptive
-Attention to Detail (Observant)
-Cheerful and positive personality
