| Job Description | -Provide IT solutions for users' claims from the field. -Describe status or situation in detail to support development team. -Visit the site and communicate directly with people to identify problems in detail -Cause & problem solving skills and conduct analysis for business and technical requirement. -Complete work schedule flexibility for on shift support in alignment with operations production schedules a.Application Maintenance background, ERP System (SAP, E1, BASSN, JDE etc) Knowledge b.MS/MYSQL 2005 Database Management - optional (Basic SQL skill) c.WMS knowledge (Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc) – optional d.Business Analysis & system integration e.IT Project Management (for Assistant Manager) -optional |

| Job Requirement | -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science(Prefer) -Must have 1 to 8 years’ relevant career experience with ERP/WMS implementations and support in a large scale distribution center environment -Ability to write and execute SQL statements used in the research, investigation and resolution of production issues a plus -Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI formats and Internet functions. -Ability to troubleshoot and lead troubleshooting teams within the technically complex environments -Knowledge and experience of WMS systems integration with MHE Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) in a large scale distribution center environment a plus -Strong documentation skills for project and production support life cycle projects and tasks -Customer focused & effective communicator and strong team player. -Strong motivation for self-learning attitude with can do attitude (Positive). -Be able to work in Warehouse located in Yongin/Ichon for support and projects (Business Trip). *** Logistics / WMS / SCM 경험자 *** 영어업무 진행 경험자 (사원급 1~3년차 예외: 별도 컨택 요청) |
