Job Description | • Individual contributor role, responsible for building necessary capabilities for the commercial excellence team in terms of providing sales trends by data/market analysis within the medical devices sector • Partner with the project team - will be involved in CRM implementation specifically for Salesforce.com (SFDC) • A Salesforce superuser and responsible to extract data in the system, create dashboard, build and develop master data • Conduct analysis of the market, competitor, products and customers based on the gathered data • Collaborate with the cross functional teams and global counterparts (e.g. IT, Sales, Marketing, etc.) • Potential domestic/international travel |

Job Requirement | • Completed University degree in any 4-year course, preferably in business management, IT or medical/biomedical the least • 6-7 years of relevant experience preferably in the medical devices or pharma industry, open to candidates with less than 6 years' experience depending on the right skillset • CRM platform implementations and operations • Salesforce structuring and profitability modeling - SFDC • MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) - Intermediate to Advance level • Bilingual in English and Korean language |
