| Job Description | [Operations] 1. Master data management - New vendor registration and create new contract - Customer master update - Manage annual contracts with POS managers for all channels - Setting/update POS margin, discount for each promotions and bulk sales in CBR(ERP) - Track and manage footprint plans in line with Clusterization strategy 2. Monthly Closing - Reconcile EDI and CBR, issue tax invoice - Prepare monthly POS manager commission payout - Manager incentive planning and manage payout - Tax invoice treatment for operating 3. Inventory management - Return rate and issue monitoring - CBR adjustment for season return - Return error handling (DN adjustment/ admistrative fee calculation) - Annual physical counting planning and execution - Staff uniform management [Planning] 1. Sales performance tracking - Daily tracking and reporting of sales vs. target performance reports for all channels - Weekly and monthly tracking of sales KPIs (sales, forecast accuracy, traffic, unit price, average transaction values etc) - Consolidate monthly forecast & tracking - Prepare monthly sales performance meeting and tracking/ Follow up throughout result (Sales forecast accuracy/ CAPEX/ OPEX/Action plan) 2. MTP/ Budget planning preparation - Consolidate bottom up forecast by sales rep. and fill-in the template - POS margin, discount, CAPEX, OPEX input in the base template 3. CAPEX/OPEX management - Keep tracking on CAPEX/OPEX spending |
