Job Description | 1) Digital Business (eCommerce) • Lead the e-commerce business for the Korean market, leveraging the omnichannel platform capabilities • Build strong synergies with Retail, by defining and implementing strategies and processes to improve the customer experience in online • Act as an omnichannel Ambassador for the local market team • Liaise with local and global marketing teams to propose and organize programs to maximize traffic, conversion and sales • Analyze customer behavior and pattern to identify different action plans, together with the global teams • Monitor and report local E-commerce activities (trends, retailer activities, etc.) • In collaboration with the WW E-commerce team, manage stock situation and ensure replenishment cycles of merchandising and packaging; • Provide content that is inspirational, enriching, insightful, and entertaining that connects the customer with the brand. • Set team expectations for the creation of digital content and marketing plans from strategy to execution • Monitor customer feedback and interaction with the brand; provide proposals and recommendations for improvements in order to provide the E-commerce experience. 2) Client Services • Drive results and productivity of the Client Service team, ensuring coordination of front and back office activity and alignment with Ecommerce and Retail operations • Optimize existing client profitability and customer loyalty through cross functional business planning • Generate and review periodic reports on Client Service KPIs, customer buying behavior and order to cash cycle ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness and integrity of all information |

Job Requirement | • Entrepreneurial spirit, focus on commercial result • Strong Project Management skills • Strong leadership experience in a client centric role within customer facing environments • At least 10 years or above experience in e-commerce • Deep knowledge of the performance marketing tools for the local market • Demonstrated people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate large teams within a very demanding environment. • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the desires needs and expectations of luxury clients across multichannel and multimodal (telephone, live chat, web and email) contact environment. • Deep knowledge of Omni-channel solutions in a Retail environment, combined with the ability to handle complex business situations and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. • A professional attitude to create competitive advantage through an integrated and engaging Omni-channel environment with exclusive clientele. • Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving, handling difficult and high-pressure situations. • Creative, enthusiastic with a drive to succeed. • Methodical, efficient and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time- management skills. • Pro-active and able to show initiative and deliver innovative ideas which constantly improve customer experience. • Team player and able to build good professional cross-functional relationships with peers and team management in global, multicultural and fast-paced environment. • Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience • Commitment, passion and drive, hands on • Excellent English communication and exceptional interpersonal skills; effective and persuasive |
