Job Description | 1. Project management - Seek opportunities and the ways to improve the business operations. - Cooperate with Project specialist in developing or executing operational initiatives. - Coordinate with Back office team in online sales and daily operations. 2. Operations Reporting - Support business initiatives and strategies based on analyzing business opportunity. - Prepare monthly closing reports on performance of Ecommerce Operational KPI. - Prepare and share the financial closing of Concession stores to Kering Finance. 3. Logistics Management - Analyze logistic work efficiency, stock capacity, courier service quality and competitors’ trends and propose development points. - Place order of package and stationery for e-Warehouse. - Conduct regular e-WH site visits and meetings for operation implement issues. - Monitor payment drop-off rate and keenly collaborate with payment gateway. - Track and set promotional event regarding payment. 4. Stock Management - Forecast package & stationery usage and order by half year. - Monitor delivery status for package & stationery as monthly basis with collaborating with Kering logistics team. - Monitor weekly/monthly package status. |

Job Requirement | - Over 4 years of working experience in in a project/systems management, Sales operations, or eCommerce - Analytical skills and ability to negotiate with partners. - Fluent English and Korean skill in both written and verbal - Computer proficient and internet savvy: fast to learn programs and web tools. - Proven experience with software programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently. - Ability to prioritize and multi-task with a strong attention to detail and process in a constantly changing environment - Inquisitive with the keen ability to find solutions for ad hoc issues, and change user behaviors when appropriate - Ability to manage multiple tasks at various levels with different and converging timelines - Ability to work independently but have a strong knowledge of cross-team collaboration - Proactive, energetic and positive attitude - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent |
