| Job Description | 1. Budget 1) Support of annual budget 2) Monthly expense check 3) Estimate & cost/expense handling for related events & work 2. Support planning and Reporting 1) Overall Event plan & Strategic plan with creative yet in-line with brand DNA for - Product launch event - Campaign launch event - Press preview - Offsite collection preview event - Special collaboration project - Store opening event - Celebrity photo-call event - Opening or Closing party for exhibition Offsite, and Pop up store 2) Collecting the qualitative & quantitative result and review in order to keep improve the process and pursue the updated outcome to make post-event report 3) Competitor benchmark report 3. Event Execution 1) Support for WW Events with high level of communication 2) Manage global scale & local press/special events execution - Event list: same as above 3) Financially follow-up including pursue the most reasonable quotation 4) Regional events proposal, planning & execution in overall 5) Efficient communication with related parties not only WW event team but also local related parties 4. Product Marketing 1) Analyzing the sales trend/ purchasing beviour in order to foreseen/figure out the focusing product in terms of Event/PR/ Media and support the brand to be the most competitive brand in the market 2) Benchmark of competitor’s sales/product pitching trend from the perspective of Event, Media & PR 3) Analysis and sharing of the performance of products wise after BE action |
