| Job Description | 1. Conduct analysis of latest digital trends and market intelligence to step ahead in driving digital transformation in the category. 2. Develop goals and marketing plans based on consumer & ECP values and needs backed up by internal & external data. 3. Develop and implement digital marketing plans & CRM programs that will ensure consumer engagement & conversion esp. 4. Develop strategy for integrated marketing campaigns including consumer advertising, promotional plans and programs; and manage planning and implementation. 5. Build strong relationship with regional partners and local cross-functions for integrated strategy and excellence in execution. 6. Manage 3rd party agency relationships and work closely with them to strategically maximize their performance to drive consistent business results 7. Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance to company objectives and optimize spends for effective utilization of the investments. 8. Responsible for compliant executions within J&J and external guidelines |
