| Job Description | 1. Order Placement based on sell-through by week/month - Safety Stock management by sales trend 2. New product development and introduction [Product/Price Proposition] • Market trend / Customer needs through Market research [quarterly basis] - Product specification development with Product MGR • material development with suppliers • Import product line selection via supplier • Pricing / Channel strategy 3. Up-to-date product Segment / Specification information • Educate new product to Sales team regularly 4. Channel Product Strategy • Set up each channel’s product management strategy [Product Line-up/ Pricing/Product promotion] • Set up a guide line for each shop’s customer experience journey by Product segment 5.Collaboration • Sales review monthly basis with Sales team to review each product’s response to market needs and promotion 6. Ordering • Safety Stock management upon Imported product by sales trend |
