| Job Description | To build and implement the retail strategy in term of enhancement of in store client experience • To give all the support required by the boutiques in order for them to achieve their sales objective and deliver the best service to our clients. • Collect information from boutiques and competitors and create Daily, Monthly, Yearly sales reports • Create studies and present data points for boutiques to drive business development. • Review expenses of all boutiques • Build and develop a strong team through good recruitment practices, performance management process • Support Boutiques in daily operation - Assist to fulfill CS KPI and to hand complaint cases • Order spare part at the request of boutiques • Store Planning • Managing CRM ( Client-telling) |
