Job Description - Manage and coordinate with Sales Rep. the execution of account business processes and plans.
- Develop Sales Rep. to achieve their maximum potential through mentoring, coaching & counseling and prompting open environment across the regional sales team
- Coach, support and develop the Sales Rep. by managing and driving performance, setting individual goals.
- Manage region for competitive advantage & better sell-through through retail merchandising and service excellence.
- Maintaining strong business partnership with accounts.
- Shop rounding regularly to develop, apply and oversee the business activities.
- Build short-term and long-term strategic plans for region.
- Design and propose policies, programs and processes to achieve target and strong brand positioning.
- Analyze sell-thru, competitors’ status, market situation and consumer & store profile.
- Monitor inventory status in each account and whole region.
- Work with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain effectively
Job Requirement - Over 7 year experience in Sales or Retail business
- Prefer the experience in sports brands or outdoor or casual fashion brands with consignment (franchise) stores and department stores
- Strong people management skills
- Ability of strategic thinking and problem solving
- Excellent product intelligence - consumer awareness, creativity, passion of brand and product
- Good at influencing, presentation, communication, negotiation and teamwork
- Good verbal and written English communication
