Job Description | [Staff Movement] • Coordinate all staff movement cases including new joiners, promotions, transfer, probation confirmation or extension and leavers • Execute administrative tasks such as consolidating documents, communicating with managers, coordinating with payroll agency, assisting on-boarding and off-boarding arrangements [Compensation and Benefits] • Coordinate payroll tasks such as monthly payroll, insurance, withholding tax, government audit • Develop and manage company benefit program and policy such as medical checks, group insurance, educational sponsorship, short-term benefit events [Others] • Assist performance management • Coordinate various training sessions and company events in collaboration with CS team • Support on-site (DC) HR tasks such as interview, training, events • Help ensure reliable operation of all HR policies and procedures • Execute ad-hoc tasks as needed/instructed by superiors |
