Job Description | SERVICE EXCELLENCE - Deliver IT Cloud/Non cloud infra services in a sustainable and reliable operating environment to maximize business results at the right quality and cost while minimizing risks along with Global/Local controls (This include Server, network and cascaded Enterprise architecture from Zone, Global) CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - Drive business results by constantly increasing productivity using Microsoft Azure resource, AzureDevOps, MS Teams, Power Automate, SD-WAN and local IDC achieving agreed IT service level. Service monitoring and communication with stakeholders around Shared service, local 3rd party vendor, in-house project resource is MUST to have right action against certain event / incident/ problem to help such tasks lay on continuous improvement. DEMAND MANAGEMENT - Understand business strategy to anticipate and shape Cloud/Non cloud resource required within short/mid/long term demands management based on business capabilities within budget and OPEX alignment. SOLUTION DESIGN – Support to design new/or improved end-to-end solutions to build business capabilities along with cascaded Enterprise architecture and IT governance. IMPLEMENTATION WITH EXCELLENCE – Support Product/Program or Data team to ensure their Minimum Valuable Product at optimal speed, scale, cost, and quality infrastructure with effective change management by applying Agile. Solving business pain point or support sustainability of systems within certain time line and resource by applying Waterfall (mainly for Cloud/Non-Cloud infra side) Accurate budget tracking and management for each project and ensure 1YP/3YP to have a more detail and exact ROI (benefit realization) analysis. Job Requirement | - Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS or computer science - Strong communication skills in English and Korean - ITIL preferred - CISA, CISSP preferred - PMP/PRINCE preferred - CCNA, MCSE, A+ preferred - 5 years IT infrastructure management experience in multi-national companies - Minimum 2 year Cloud management (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) management experience in Shared service operation model - Awareness of IT governance and communication skillset with risk management function (Audit, Global Risk management, Compliance) to mitigate, apply, mange certain controls. - Well perceived engagement and communication skills within and outside the function - Advanced infrastructure project management skills and experience Rounded experience within the infrastructure and architecture roles in order to identify non-existing value for the company |
