| Job Description | -Balanced strategic thinking and planning considering each product's life cycle -Design and implement market reaserch to indentify market opportunities and risks -Develop and implement a marketing planning to increase brand awareness and market share -Develop brand vision, mission and objective based “Where to Play” and “How to Win” analysis -Develop pricing strategy that maximize profits and customer engagement -Customer segmentaion and targeting to deliver right message -Strong implementation for plan of action to achieve sales goal -Communication with all relevant customer about product benefit and key selling message -Monitoring execution progress of all marketing initiatives/campaign for continuous improvement -Build strong networking with internal and external stake holders -Optimize resource allocation in order to maximize brand profit -Support new portfolio research in defined market in order to get sustainable future growth -Prepare, implement new product launching plan to maximize for the sustainable future growth |
