| Job Description | - Facilitate Training modules For Retail teams - ensure follow-up, - ensure that learnings from the training are applied on the Job. Identify best practices and spread them throughout the network. - Diagnose and assess the needs of training per Store part of the geographical scope (based upon weekly and monthly report + weekly calls with Store Managers). - Identify strengths and areas of improvements of teams and individuals on the Client Experience thanks to in-store observation, a close collaboration with Retail Managers, Store managers and through feedback from the Teams. - Brand induction - Partner with Merchandising team on Product training (both Men’s and Women’s) - Material and Craftsmanships in different categories of products - Preparation of the Mystery Shopping campaigns + Follow up Training action plan - Make sure the Tribe App (IPad app available in-store) is used on a regular basis to feed product knowledge and Brand culture. - Implement induction seminars for new comers and store openings (Take care of the translations in local language(s)) > depending on the zone - Has a close collaboration with local Retail Manager(s), Merchandisers, Store Managers and HQ International Training team. |

| Job Requirement | - Successful experiences (3-5 years) in a retail position in the luxury/fashion industry. = Cantonese and English spoken and written compulsory. - Excellent communication and LISTENING skills. - Positive attitude and Mindset. - Humility - Inspiring, Enthusiastic, Passionate, Energizing and flexible. - Be results driven. - Having more the posture of a mentor than the one of a teacher. |
