Job Description | • Partner with Regional HR Manager, outside counsel and other functions as necessary to create, update and maintain practices and policies in employment, employee relations, and overall employee workplace guidelines at least on an annual basis and as needed, which includes Employee Regulations, Employee Contracts, Commuting Policies, Personnel Relations Policies, and any other HR related policies and procedures. • Build a close relationship with Central HR team to be compliant to the current Global Policies and localize the policies as necessary • Oversee Company-wide adherence to South Korean laws and employment related requirements • Look for trends countrywide to assess opportunities for improvement in retention and workplace practices and helps HR team and Area Managers to create relevant action plans • Maintain overview of high risk ER cases across the Company’s retail locations and support offices • Update Country HR Manager as needed to stay current with national legislation and to ensure current compliance with company practices • Ensure every Permanent Employee participates in Annual Health Check-up • Facilitate Stress Check-up according to Japanese regulations • Provide necessary support to employees when Labour-related injuries and incidents happen and make necessary reports regarding the injuries and incidents. • Monitor and follow up on Employees working hours to secure no-overtime working environment • Own and facilitate Employee Satisfaction Survey • Plan and organize any activities related promoting values • Keep track of HR related KPI data and share the data with HR team and other functions as necessary • Constantly follow up on the delivery and performance of your team to ensure employee satisfaction |
