| Job Description | - Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service functions on a national basis - Oversee/ Manage the day to day operations of the Company's business, escalating production and functional issues to the appropriate Head of Korea. - Business planning and establish operations plans, forecasts, budgets and performance measures as well as savings plans. - Develop, implement and communicate the Korea strategic sales and marketing plan and ensure this is aligned with the operational plans throughout the Pacific. - In consultation with the General Manager - implement/maintain pricing policy across all segments and drive mutually beneficial pricing arrangements across key accounts in the Korea Region -Establish performance expectations and development plans for all direct reports and ensure your reports have done so for their teams. Identify organizational skill gaps and implement plans for improvement. -Achieving budgeted (as a minimum) sales revenue and standard margin across all channels Achieving required product market share Controlling expenditure within agreed budget and Responsible for driving actions that help to achieve results in key areas of safety, quality, delivery and productivity. |
