Job Description | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to maximize the digital exposure and buzz in alignment with product concept, brand equity to the adequate target in line with 2) Develop digital viral marketing plans including influencer selection, relationship, contents, digital channels, and posting strategies and analyze the viral results. 3) Plan and execute digital media-buying strategies to maximize the digital buzz and report the efficiency result analysis. 4) Plan owned-media platform strategies and manage the operation. 5) Develop and manage digital MKT plans in alignment with brand growth strategy. |

Job Requirement | Education: a college-level education or equivalent • More than 4-8 years of marketing experience, preference of beauty industry career • Insightful in digital media and its newly updated trend • Interest in the beauty industry • Excellent communication, Interpersonal and social skills • Leadership, Positive and Passionate Mind • English skills proper for business communication in speaking and writing |
