Job Description | 1) Customer Service - Defective/Spare Part Process Management * Manage the process for defectives reports with Customer Service in Italy in order to satisfy the customer as fast as possible by week * Spare part order by week * Defective Destruction in coordination with Logistics by Quarter 2) Store Uniform Management * Within the uniform guideline from Corporate Retail, Propose budget and manages the process from placing orders and allocation to the staffs. * Monitor the stock level and re-order if necessary. |
