Job Description 1. Wholesale network management
- Strategic planning for strengthening existing wholesale partnership and developing new ones
- Optimize the network through successful management of Sell-in/Sell-out/Stock balance of each POS with a strategy & action plans
- Maintain up-to-date information on competitors and POS (operational, contacts, financial status etc)

2. Sales Management and POS operation
- Annual, quarterly and monthly sales planning and management by POS
- Develop and implement commercial action plans to promote/achieve sales
- Ensure the sell- in budget and align with merchandising plan(Product forecast, demand planning annually, quarterly to secure stock supply)
- Responsible for smooth operation of POS including but not limited to stock monitoring and applying global guideline on price changes, CS, training, and others

3. Product allocation
- To allocate appropriate quantity out of available products to dealers based on weekly orders, sell-in & sell-out balance, financial status, and other specific decisions by company. Achieving sales target is a must-be-reached constraint.

4. Maintain visibility
- Responsible for brand visibility in each POS in good condition.
- Product visibility: minimum level of inventories & assortment guideline
To ensure each POS must maintain level of inventories as given guideline

5. Wholesale Training
- Responsible for organizing required training for POS staff which includes in class training, field training, training workshop, sales meeting, and etc. For efficiency & effectiveness of training, profiles of all POS staff must be prepared and updated periodically.

6. Communication with dealer, DFS operators & POS
- To ensure all dealers, DFS operators & their staff are well aware of all the official announcements from office to POS.
Job Requirement - Minimum 7 years’ experience in wholesale management in Luxury Industry (fashion & cosmetic are all considered)
- Fluent English and Korean
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines & pressure
- Dynamic, pro-active, responsible, accountable, thorough thinking & sensitive to numbers,
- Efficient, detail oriented & hard-working
- Strong Connection with wholesale retailer & duty free buyer
- Excellent PC knowledge, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint
