| Job Description | • AX ERP Management systems ERP Microsoft Dynamics (AX) Key Member of re implementation project. • Training of staff across all Business units in AX functionality. • Business Process Flow Mapping and documentation of business processes, requirements, design, test etc. • Working closely with APAC IT team to implement and apply where appropriate AX Business system improvements. • Key Business contact for AX functional Issues. • Maintain Standardized Finance AX Chart of Accounts, Cost centres based on Division guideline • Finance Dept. process improvements, will include for example: • AX GL Interface with Group Financial Consolidation System • Supplier Invoice Scanning to AX AP module • Customer Statements • Costing System • Stock take Processes |
