| Job Description | • Contract Manager / Engineering & Construction : Responsible for the contractual analysis, risk assessment, redlining of all contracts and negotiations of terms and conditions to assure the potential risks to the company are adequately assessed and mitigated. - Includes coordinating with internal stakeholders, negotiating with vendors, collaborating with legal counsel and determining mitigation strategies on legal issues. - Provide contract management support on multiple projects including validating invoices for payment; draft new orders and prepare contract amendments. |

| Job Requirement | • 6~10 years experience in Project Management with at least 3 years’ relevant professional experience in contract management and or legal experience (preparation and evaluation of contracts) in an engineering and construction environment with large scale construction projects in Power or Oil & Gas industry • 1-2 years experience in budget preparation and management • PMI, PMP, RMP or CAPM or CCM from IACCM (International Association for Contract & Commercial Management) will be a plus • Business travel 10% to 40% domestically and internationally. |
