| Job Description | 1.Window Displays •Sets up the decoration of all show windows in Korea seasonally. •Creates story themes and changes windows accordingly. •Supervises closely and assesses the performance of all outside contracting firms or designated artist appointed to implement part of the window decoration plan. •Monitors contractor on work along and after completion. •Communicates and closely works with the Merchandising, Retail and Comm. Teams in terms of window display and keep them informed of window display activities related to their respective domains. •Consolidates and up-load the all window photos on appointed web-site. 2.In-store Displays •Regularly roll-out seasonal merchandises based on global VM Guidelines. •Ensures that all products are properly presented in all stores. •Provides training to Sales staff about visual merchandising, through hand-on training and merchandising guidelines in order for them to animate their stores in creative way. •Communicates with retail and Comm. Management on new product launches. •Checks PLV regularly in terms of shortage and destruction, and places an order and distributes them accordingly. 3.Constructions /project for new and renovation stores / Store Retrofit •Manages and coordinates all renovation projects for Office and Stores •Communicates with coordinating architect and all relevant depts. about all aspects of the constructions or renovations of stores. •Provides advice and comments for project architect to meet commercial needs. •Calculates and order visual tools for new store. •Prepares related reports/documents from Merchandiser’s point of view •Lists up PLV, places orders, and monitors delivery •Transfers & displays merchandise for openings •Consolidates and submits ‘Store opening-VM report (feedback)’ to Int’l VM Dept. 4.Training •Plans regular and spot training sessions for seasonal products or VMD in creative way |

| Job Requirement | •Degree in Design or a relevant discipline •6-9 years of working experience in VM field •A strong track record of delivering good results •Strong design sense and knowledge of materials is an advantage •Strong organisation and communication skills and the ability to work closely with employees at different levels •Fluent in English is a must. Ability to understand French is an advantage. |
