| Job Description | Reporting to MD manager & HQ in Paris with the following responsibilities : • Execute new product launches and reflect seasonal themes. • Support setting up for the retail and marketing related event. • Plan and support for opening & renovation, relocation of store • Report regularly to HQ in Paris display of store. • Communicate with HK team & HQ in Paris • Communicate with VM ambassador in each store to maintain an organized store. • Make and deliver regular display guideline for flexible display. • Get feedback from store and reviewing sales data to develop effect of visual presentation. • Prepare regular VM training by making training materials. • Update VM guideline following HQ’s. • Conduct training for stores • Place an order VM props to HQ especially for new store opening or special event. • Arrange required props for new display change. • Make and update prop list and check Inventory. • Plan and manage VM budget : Yearly budget, VM tools, Event(Pop Up & Pop In), Window • Support MD team on selection during seasonal buying |
