| Job Description | [Business / Sales Strategy] •Plan and execute Yearly / Quarterly / monthly brand/sales strategy for e-commerce •Research new opportunities to expand the contribution of e-commerce sales •Brand official online mall strategy •Analysis yearly/quarterly/monthly sales & Report •E-commerce marketing plan •Develop e-commerce product line [Official online mall management] •Operate & develop official online mall •Develop digital marketing plan & implementing by TPO & brand guideline •Plan and operate yearly, monthly sales & promotion plan •Settle monthly sales accounts and report •Control product price on On-line malls •Manage shop stocks release and return •Improve customer satisfaction: CS call, Q&A, etc. •Increase the number of members by leveraging CRM system [E-commerce consignment mall management] •Operate & manage current e-commerce consignment mall •Plan and operate yearly, monthly sales & promotion plan •Settle monthly sales accounts and report •Control product price on On-line malls •Manage shop stocks release and return ------------------------------------------------ - 매출 계획 수립 Yearly / Quarterly / monthly - 브랜드 전략에 기반한 자사몰 세일즈 프로모션 수립 및 분석, 성과 관리 - 자사몰 플랫폼의 기능적 개선 및 유지/보수 관리 - 자사몰 상품, 재고, 주문 관리 및 매출 마감, 세일즈 레포트 작성 - 자사몰 매출 & 트래픽 증대를 위한 디지털 광고 플래닝 및 분석(GA), 캠페인 운영 with 마컴팀 - 자사몰 고객 CS / Q&A f.up - CRM 캠페인 운영 및 서포트 - 카카오톡 선물하기 채널 관리 |

| Job Requirement | •More than 5years experience in e-commerce industry (fashion and accessory industry is plus) •Hands-on experience in whole e-commerce process execution, platform operation & promotion plan. •Good planning and data analysis skills, strong sense of 'data talking'. •Written and oral communication skills in Korean/English. •Strong in time management skills with detail oriented mind-set. •Understanding of brand and e-commerce market trend •Experience in multi-national company •Proficient in English [Computer Skills] Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point), Google Analytics (Basic) [PREFERENCE] - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus - Basic understanding of photoshop is a plus |
