| Job Description | 1. Print Advertising - Budget, plan, execute and manage the print media advertising along with local agency according to the global media directions & strategies given by the headquarters - Develop effective media strategies considering all relevant factors including brand’s objectives, competitive monitoring & media trend in the local market - Request film production to HQ and deliver them to agency on time - Consistent communication with agency to be in line with planning process - Deliver accurate media documentation such as invoices, voucher copies, credit notes to HQ on time and check if the payment is processed - Consistent communication with local merchandising and operation team to study sales pattern, other relevant backup data and team’s needs. 2. Outdoor Advertising - Budget, plan, execute the outdoor advertising such as light boxes & banners in retail stores and bus shelters - Look into any prominent locations such as billboards in retail & air port areas to expose the advertising campaigns - Request materials to HQ in time to change the images every season 3. Digital Advertising - Budget, plan and execute the digital advertising such as online display banner ads, search ads and other various types of digital opportunities - Request digital materials to HQ and offer flexible support during all stages of the digital production process - Analyze the efficiency of each campaign - Explore & develop any new digital media recommendations that are consistent with the brand image & objectives working in conjunction with local agency - Deliver on time accurate media documentation (invoices, voucher copies, credit notes) to corporate and check if the payment is processed. - Consistent communication with local e-commerce team to study sales pattern, other relevant backup data and team’s needs. |

| Job Requirement | - University graduate in related disciplines. - Over 8 year relevant experience, preferably in luxury and retail industry or in advertising agency. - Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude. - Excellent planning, organization skills with a drive to meet tight deadlines and budgets. - Strong interpersonal & communication skills. - Fluent in English |
