| Job Description | -소속 : 자산운용본부 Support Investment activities governed by “the Policy” and “the Procedure”. Correctly and rightly keep and manage the Investment records. Investment Budgeting and Tracking (30%) Build Investment budget with the consolidated Investment plan based in SAA. Project the ...of the Investment Track the gap of investment performance between actual and budgeted one. Settlement for Financial Instruments (15%) Instruct and settle the transactions through Investment system. Create accounts and portfolios for Investment. Manage and assess the collateral for the derivatives. Reconcile the balance of holdings. Managing the data and Reporting to regulator etc. (20%) Monthly and Quarterly investment data update for Meeting & CEO Meeting Produce overall reports for preparation of financial statement Report and monitor the alternative investment and the act of insurance. Respond to external and internal requests. Confirm and identify overall payments. Establishment of “the Policy” and “the Procedure” (15%) Establish and amend “the Policy” and “the Procedure”. Monitor and report the Adherence. Risk Management for Investment Procedure (10%) Monitor a priori and posteriori risk involving investment. Confirm and identify erratic price movements for the security with front office. Monitor and supervise the full investment operation process from end to end (10%) Find probable defects and amend a process. Improve a process. Coordinate with Internal Audit and Compliance. |
