| Job Description | 1) Project Planning • Collaboratively steer, coordinate and prioritize cross-functional strategic priorities • Drive the project scoping, create and share a systematic and integrated view of all key strategic initiatives • Ensure objectives are aligned with the strategic direction • Drive guide and support function leaders in the planning and execution of the respective strategic initiatives 2) Project Management / Support / Communications • Understand strategic goals and trajectory of the business and ensure that systems keep ahead of business requirements • Coordinate and manage prioritization processes across markets/functions for each initiative implementation • Provides project administration support to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for project teams and senior leaders • Plan and Facilitate internal and external meetings when necessary • Consolidate and analyze data collected from project information, compare results with baseline and communicate to key stakeholders • Provide key stakeholders with regular updates on project implementation progress through maintenance and development of project status reports |

| Job Requirement | • Min 8 years of general business experience • Min 5 years of Retail industry or business analyst experience • Strong track record in cross functional/market level project management with leading consumer brands or consulting firms • Experience with initiatives/project tracking • High Analytical skills with proficient numeric insights • Fluent communication both in Korean & English • Professional skills in Microsoft office, especially in Power point • Professional written documentation skill requires |
