| Job Description | - Manage key talent groups and support business success by using pipeline health - Implement talent and career management process - Lead and manage HR process and cycle: performance evaluation, Engagement, competency review etc. - Develop D&I strategy and lead initiatives, managing D&I internal committees - Develop Employer Branding strategy and execute the plan - Plan & Execute employees engagement activities: annual engagement survey, continuous listening, anonymous bulletin board, company convention etc. - Track and analyze turnover and manage retention |
