| Job Description | - CAPEX/ Cash Flow Budget planning and analysis - Reverse Logistics and Safety Stock Management - Direct Procurement / MRP management (MRP: Raw & Pack Materials) - Co-Working Capital / Logistics E2E Inventory and Cash Flow management - External relationship with Ministry of Environment / COSMO / KALIA - Commission for empties and incentive strategy with Commercial partnership - Lead projects related to Logistics/SCM Technology (E2E Digitalization) - Owner and Leader of technology and operational excellence within Logistics organization |

| Job Requirement | -Advanced graduate degree (MBA preferred) -e-Commerce or operations related experience (e.g. Supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, delivery, etc.) - CAPEX/ Cash Flow / CWC understanding - Reverse Logistics experiences - In line with AB InBev strategies, open the gap and recommend strategies and plans for Supply and Logistics optimization - Ability to work in a high stressed environment, close and on-time communication with C-level - Complex ideas and strategical communication skill with different stakeholders - Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking - Logistics Operations/ Supply Chain related with IT in E-Commerce Industry |
