Job Description | 1) On-line business development leader o Develop “000.com” to drive omni channel business. o High level of technical understanding to work with global IT team & agency. o Set and develop guidelines and procedures for an optimum customer experience and improving efficient. o Expand distribution in existing e-retail channels and discover new digital channel opportunities to increase accessibility, maximize sales, and grow segment. o Devise and implement the regional ecommerce strategy for the brand and product range. o Leverage and collaborate with London-based teams and other regional teams on defining best platforms and develop network of local channels and payment agents. o Manage digital performance focusing on website and growing 3rd party online business in line with HQ e-business guidelines. o Deliver digital marketing campaigns to boost online traffic, conversion and visibility, leading to brand awareness and market penetration. o Develop digital promotions, e-retail specific packs, digital consumer engagement, and data management. 2) Budget Management o Budgeting e-commerce sales target and achievement. o Lead development and drive of eRetail business for the company business analysis and strategy development. o Strategize overall e-retail development plan that can achieve business targets and current market potential. 3) Communication & Flexibility o Closely work with local off-line business and merchandising team to align seasonal strategy. o Build up strong relationship with key accounts of 3rd party channel and keep prioritize developing potential opportunity channels. o Drive partnership and negotiation with e-retail customers and relevant key accounts |

Job Requirement | o University graduates with at least 7 years of relevant experience within online fashion and retail from apparel, footwear or accessories. o Significant experience in ecommerce management and web development and knowledge of available technology. o B2C experience that demonstrates accountability and delivery. o Global market experience in Asia, North America and Europe is a strong advantage. o People management and business accruement. o A good team player & leader, creative and proactive o Effective and professional communication skills in both Korean and English. |
