| Job Description | ⚫ Support Performance Marketing & UI/UX Lead to secure profitable sales, drive incremental traffic, and acquisition of customers. ⚫ Identify growth potential across marketing investments and organic channels and explore new tactics to activate new customers. ⚫ Understand and align with the local, regional and central team’s guidelines and strategies. ⚫ Partner directly with paid search, Kakao, affiliation, and digital marketing agencies ⚫ Conduct the segmentation and A/B testing on Paid social (Kakao) and paid ads partner with CRM owner ⚫ Partner with key stakeholders to brainstorm and develop follow-ups with a focus on media, website, and customer data in an actionable way ⚫ Partner with various media team to set a goal, including traffic, revenue, CVR, ROAS for performance channel activation ⚫ Develop action items based on the full channel analysis to achieve KPIs including traffic, transaction, revenue, CVR etc ⚫ Identify potentials to create value for customer experience to drive profitable transactions |

| Job Requirement | ⚫ Over 5-year digital marketing experience ⚫ Sales-driven, customer-focused and results-oriented ⚫ Excellent communication and presentation skills with technologically savvy ⚫ Data management and visualization system experience such as Google Analytics & data studio ⚫ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word capabilities ⚫ Fluent in English ⚫ Kakao sync and related projects experience will be plus ⚫ Experience in performance media execution, self-serve (social media/search engine) will be plus ⚫ A career in e-Commerce business and related experience at a digital marketing agency is a preferred |
