| Job Description | Lead or support roll-out and implementation of new business applications and functionality specifically within the SAP SD/MM/QM spaces Provide functional solution, guidance, and instruction on SAP best practice within SK Proactively identify and propose SAP business process and/or system enhancements Deliver SAP AMS service Stay on top of industry best practices and bring new relevant digital solutions to SK to meet organization's strategic business needs Manage vendor resources and support relationships as relate to projects and on-going support Demonstrate capacity to deep dive into the any problem and come-out with alternative solutions Conducts evaluation of solutions with respect to standards, industry best practices, and acceptance criteria Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal partners to analyze information needs and business requirements Collaborate with business, vendors and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Demonstrate skills to assess program-related risks and request for escalation if needed Support business during user acceptance testing (UAT) Actively participate in enablement strategy, system design, change, planning, and coordinated execution Act as a proactive business partner: actively listen to internal/ external customers, articulates and clarifies /translate their needs into IT implications and evaluate and challenge the customers’ demands to ensure alignment with the defined strategy Actively shape, review, plan, and prioritize Business demand for IT across the brands Continually seek opportunities to increase user satisfaction and deepen relationships and manage user expectations effectively Entrepreneurship: Demonstrate ability of innovative thinking, appreciating and propose new ideas and solutions, while keeping a pragmatic eye Master an understanding of the Business: Ability to understand overall business strategy, long term |

| Job Requirement | MAIN PURPOSE Plan, organize, manage and follow up internal/external resources in order to deliver all projects include SAP SD/MM/QM within the defined standards, budget, deadlines and quality requirements REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in related field 10+years relevant working experience Good understanding of integration with SAP modules(SD/MM/QM) Fluent English Experience in managing applications in various modules including SD/MM/QM Strong skill of project management. Capable to lead IT project independently Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly |
