| Job Description | KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and drive strong PR/Communications strategy integrating product, brand, and creative contents to ensure the best brand equity and On/Off brand engagement, measured against relevant KPIs (e.g. awareness, conversion, key social metrics) Launch integrated communication plans for both product launches and brand campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing and commercial teams. Manage all press relations, makeup artists, celebrities, KOL and extend the territory of its boundaries, and control general working governance to make a concrete relationship for positive results Lead and execute all communication activations, various event, influencer campaigns and all-related activations with the team, and reporting Create regular communications resources to raise PR impact and brand engaging in the market Channel selection for viral channels for maximize impact of viral around marketing campaigns Monitor competitor activity and relevant industry trends, and sharing new ideas/examples of best practice Support on brand and cross-divisional retailer campaigns. Good relationships and communications with HQ/Region to execute local-lead PR/communications campaign Team budget planning and control according to brand direction, and people(team) management |

| Job Requirement | REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 7 years work experience; Proven track record as a PR/Communication expert working in beauty industry Proven track record as a PR/Communication expert working in house or in agency (Ideally, someone with experience in beauty or FMCG) Agility of Press/KOL/Celebrity communication Strong ability in developing innovative ideas in the beauty market Be able to demonstrate in the implementation and planning of communications programs Excellent time-management skills, managerial skill, and strong organizational skills to work well under pressure Good communication skills to build cross functional teamwork Seamless communication with HQ/RHQ in English |
