Job Description 1) Merchandising Strategy & Stock management
Develop the merchandise strategy that aligns with the annual and long-term plan
- Conducting sales and stock analysis in order to ensure the adequate stock level for the boutiques
- managing/controlling stock levels and replenishment needs
- Liaising with HQ to periodically revise and update the replenishment grid
- Receiving orders for new products from the boutiques, consolidating and following up delivery date with HQ Customer Service
- Liaising with HQ to ensure the timely delivery of product orders
- Liaising with HQ and store managers for price adjustments, special requests for out of folder and custom-made products
2) After-sale
- Overlooking after sales procedures and costs, under the guideline of HQ and GM
- Monitoring repair costs and contracts
- Defining and implementing after sales policies, under the guideline of HQ and GM
- Ensuring adequate stock for repair kits
- Providing reports to GM and HQ on after sales and defective products
3) Logistics
- Supervising the logistic activities, both at international level (importation and re-exportation of stocks and consigned products), and at a local level (transfer of products among boutiques)
- Liaising with local forwarders, preparing the necessary documentation to timely execute custom procedures for importation and exportation of products
- Facilitating and monitoring the importation and re-exportation of products under ATA Carnet
- Managing the archives for logistics/product transfer
- Supporting the organization of high-jewelry sales events
4) Sales Reporting and Benchmarking
- Monitoring daily and monthly sales, inventory and KPIs (i.e. store traffic) and providing feedback and reports to GM
- Surveying competitors’ prices and new collections
Job Requirement • University Graduate or higher
• Over 7-15 years in similar roles, managing luxury jewelry & watch or fashion merchandise team
• Excellent MS-office, especially excel skills
• Strong demand, replenishment and planning skills
• Experience in team management
• Demonstrate high sense of luxury lifestyle
• Highly Proficiency in English and proven experience working with global and regional teams
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills, positive and proactive attitude
