Job Description | • Maintain Visual standards with great attention to details in line with global directives in the responsible locations • Troubleshoot and address merchandising concerns to the stakeholders • Execute window changes and floor changes on a regular basis to meet up the timeline • Build a strong partnership with the Boutique team to maintain the visual standards • Lead a visual merchandising design and actions for boutique openings, special events and seasonal decorations by collaboratively working with Event, MD and Retail team • Develop visual merchandising strategies, designing of pros, window display setup and monitoring and providing guidelines of overall visual merchandising projects for our retail areas • Implement and continuously reinforce the visual merchandising standards • Forecast fashion and lifestyle trends • Lead a group of visual merchandising team to create exciting and novel displays that reflects the boutique’s image and coherent with guidelines from head office and generate an impact on sales results • Conduct boutique visits and VM training to VM ambassadors and newcomers in the team • Proactively engage with and support the regional teams to ensure VM standards and best practices are shared and consistently maintained across the network • Work with the regional team and retail operations to ensure that guidelines are followed to maintain a global brand image • Support the VM manager to work on the budget planning and respective spend • Manage agencies to purchase VM materials |

Job Requirement | • Over 8-year relevant experience in retail and fashion industry • Bachelor’s degree in fashion related major • People managing and coaching experience to lead a team • Can demonstrate creative flair • Awareness of design and colour • Proficient in Microsoft tools • In-depth understanding of local fashion market and commercial acumen • Proficient in both verbal and written English • Willing to work under dynamic environments • Communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders • Mobility to make frequent business trips • Flexible to work different time zones |
