Job Description | MAIN PURPOSE To manage performance management and reward and recognition programs and work closely with the HR head and all levels of managers, employees to execute Shiseido’s Total Rewards Strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage the Shiseido end to end performance management cycle - responsible for executing the performance management lifecycle consistently and efficiently • Support the design and implementation of the new global reward and recognition program across APAC • Once implemented, manage the global reward and recognition program • Partner within HR and key stakeholders to manage tools, processes and communications involved in the design, preparation and delivery of performance management and reward and recognition for people leaders and team members • Coach leaders and managers on performance management and reward and recognition processes and ensures timely and well executed feedback with on-going performance improvement planning and annual employee review programs • Manage vendors/partners who are responsible for delivering performance management and reward and recognition programs globally • Serve as the escalation point for all performance management and recognition and reward issues and develop strategies and intervention to address them including guiding and coaching managers and employees • Utilise data and key performance metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for employee performance, retention and engagement • Perform other duties and tasks as required including project work |

Job Requirement | REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 10 years HR experience with focus on performance management. • Knowledge of various performance management systems, performance management criteria and building links to business outcomes. • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint • Strong communication and relationship building skills at all levels, with the ability to interpret and summarise data. • Strong focus on execution excellence and ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity simultaneously. • Strong understanding of key HR processes. • Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities • Excellent project management and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams on a global scale. • A high degree of organisation and ability to manage multiple, competing for projects and priorities simultaneously. |
