| Job Description | 1) PRODUCT, RETAIL/TRADE MARKETING - Plan for holistic Marketing strategy in Korea - Manage successful product launches with relevant 360 degree marketing activities - Plan & implement strategic actions for key moments of local retail - Plan & implement boutique events, promotions, animations - A&P budget management - Handle partners for best marketing performance - Analyze marketing performance - Analyze marketing & media environment suggesting new & strategic ideas 2) CRM - In line with the brand’s strategy, define local CRM strategy and actions aligned with annual business plan - Work together with retail and directly with the boutiques to develop strategies and actions to acquire, upgrade, retain, reactivate clients by developing operational actions. - Develop client communication plan & drive visit to the boutiques - Develop in-store animation calendar & activities aligning with marketing calendar - Perform client segmentation, develop & manage clienteling programs - Closely monitor and follow the local PIM regulations for proper data management - Explore new strategic partners to acquire new VIPs to expand HJ client pool 3) VM - Overview and manage VM operation |

| Job Requirement | • Dgree holder • Strong communication & analytical skills • Recognized key player within Korea with 10+ years of significant experience working in a multinational group combined with an experience in Marketing, retail, events, media, communication, PR • Good command of written and spoken English • Strong business acumen • Result oriented, organized • Result-oriented working style; making and driving things happen to acquire setting goals • Sophisticated communication skills to handle different stakeholders to get satisfaction win-win results • Able to monitor the vendors to follow the process • Strong project management abilities: managing, communication, timelines, define clear objectives and delivering key insights • Excellent people and communication skills to effectively deal with personnel at all levels • Flexibility and be able to work under pressure and handle uncertainty • Mature and proactive with good communication & interpersonal skills |
