Job Description o Product management
- Plan annual and monthly product mix and analyze sell-through (P&L analysis)
- In charge of inventory management for both saleable & POSM, order & logistic management by analyzing sales trends

o Marketing
- Schedule annual marketing activities aligned to the marketing strategy and brand direction
- Develop annual marketing & launch strategies with concrete rollout planning including budget allocation, and implement monthly plans to retail Plan and execute marketing plans and activities including new product launch, promotion, merchandising guidelines, on/offline campaigns, and product/price management
- Plan and execute digital marketing to drive sales
- Manage SNS channel of the brand to enhance brand reputation
- Set annual and monthly sales targets for counters, categories, and products

o Promotion
- Plan on-counter promotion, resource development, budget allocation
- Develop GWP / value promotion program development for both retailer mall and offline counter, and analysis report by month / by POS
- Responsible for POSM / GWP demand planning, supply control, inventory management

o CRM
- Develop CRM analysis format & generate regular report with CRM tools & insight
- Set-up customer loyalty program, set-up and implement customer reward direction

o PR & communication
- Develop online & offline PR & communication strategy and asset with budget allocation and conduct 360 degree action to maximize ROI
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands, agencies, and department stores for responsible brands

o Store Project – New Opening & Renovation
- Communicate with Brand HQ and local contractor for the floor plan
- Supervise merchandising guidelines to keep consistency with brand guidelines
- Suggest merchandising idea to Brand HQ
Job Requirement o Work Experience
- Expertise in brand marketing & promotion with 5~10 years of experience in imported cosmetic brand distributed to department stores
o Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of brand management and planning
- Understanding of domestic market trend
- Knowledge of domestic marketing planning and execution
o Skills
- Ability to extract insights by analyzing data
- Analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- People management capability
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent communication in English
