[Required Technical and Professional Expertise] • At least 6 years experience in HR and experience from working with labor law, collective agreements and terms of employment in an international environment/organization. • Experiences in recruitment, staffing, HR system(PeopleSoft which is optional), compensation & benefits and general HR operations • Excellent active listening, negotiation and outstanding communication skills. • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. • Fluent English skills : written/reading/speaking/listening |
