| Job Description | • Oversee the planning and implementation of merchandising strategies • Prepare budgets, present them to the relevant stakeholders • Track inventory movement and systematically introduce promotions, sales, price changes, etc. • Monitor sales and sell-through situation and initiate appropriate business strategies to liquidate stock in order to achieve sales target • Collaborate with marketing department to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas • Work closely with sales team and Visual Merchandising to promote business opportunities ideas • Conduct extensive market research and analysis • Interpret sales reports and provide guidance on how to improve figures and customer engagement |

| Job Requirement | • Bachelor's degree in fashion, textiles or other related disciplines • Minimum 15 years of experience in fashion merchandising/buying with international luxury retail companies • Strong fashion and market sense with solid high-end fashion buying experience • Experience in buying for the Korea market • Well organized, self-initiative, excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility • Fluent in spoken and written English • Good PC skills such as MS Office • Overseas travel is required |
