Job Description | - Regularly analyze customer data based on their profile and transaction data, supporting the team to provide regular reports as well as result reports of each program - Covering information on sales, customers, marketing effectiveness, responsiveness and market trends - Manage and utilize the customer profile and transaction data in the system to support marketing and retail strategy - Optimize client data management and registration process to enhance analytical capabilities to optimize Client knowledge & understanding - Design, plan, and execute campaign to recruit new clients, retain existing clients and reactivate inactive clients - Track the record and analyses the results of major CDM activities to achieve CDM KPIs - Manage CRM Tools including Seasonal Catalogues, Digital Catalogues, Look book, and magazine - Develop and execute targeted direct mail campaign in conjunction with outside agency and internal teams to maximize the efficiency of this campaign to the market - Execute project led by central team in collaboration with In-Boutique CRM representative - Develop and implement enhanced process, methodology used to learn more about customers ‘needs and behaviors - Recommend creative ideas to create benefits and special events for VIP customers - Build a close relationship with the stores, supporting teams with tools & methods - Execute regular communication to boutique team to deliver key initiative and client strategy - Work with relative agencies to enhance a survey project and market research if necessary |

Job Requirement | Requirement • University degree in public relations, communications or relevant major • Minimum 5 years’ working experience client engagement activities with analytical skills • Communication skills both in Korean and English • Organizing skills to deal with various events Preference • Good time and risk management • Digitally savvy to deal with new software programs • Strong business sense. Result-oriented. • Good balance of creative and business acumen, innovative and analytical. |
