| Job Description | Client - Establish client strategy and drive customer activation through KPIs management - Build marketing plan for in-store activation and promotion operations in line with local specificities - Develop omni-channel services and VIP management in line with global expectations and local market specificities Advertising / Media - Develop annual media plan for Korea in line with the global media strategy - Lead all print, digital, and outdoor advertising negotiation to elevate the brand positioning and enhance the media buy efficiency - Drive proactive media relations to generate positive coverage of Brand in business, sustainability - Perform marketing initiatives and media data optimization - Analyze advertising effect and evaluate brand positioning - Prepare local advertising production for both online and offline based on advertising plan - Work closely with agencies to deliver timely and relevant market intelligence reports, including consumer insights, competitors key campaign media spending analysis, and new media format and trends Digital / Ecom - Plan and execute digital platform (SNS/Kako channel management, online contents development, online AD & digital event) - Collaborate and manage opportunities with external digital partners - Analyze market to review local digital trend, new e-meia behavior, products, and new technology with stakeholders - Build Korea Ecom development and strategic roadmap - Drive performance marketing plan to drive traffic/conversion General - Monitor and analyze market, business trends and competitors’ activities; conduct online surveys to understand customer’s preferences and market needs - Plan and manage annual marketing budget |
