Job Description • Align with global and regional teams to elevate ways of working at Retail and operating standards
• Ensure that all Korea boutiques are continuously updated with retail best practice across
• Build strong relationship with business partners to elevate Brand and to maximize the revenue and seeking opportunities to grow and negotiate store projects and event locations
• Elevate knowledge of the market trends
• Work in conjunction with other regional teams to build consistent ways of working to make best decisions for the brand
• Participate in the preparation of the financial projections for the Business Development plan in the market to elevate retail productivity together with Merchandising, VM, and Operations teams
• Participate weekly management meetings to understand our business strategies and plans to be reflected into retail strategies to maximum sales by driving all KPIs and sharing best practice retail initiatives across markets
• Sales forecast on a regular basis by setting sales target for boutiques
• Ensure standards to acquire business development projects meet the Corporate Legal, Store Project, Financial, & other Governances and lead new boutique opening and renovation projects
• Review the effectiveness of the Talent Development Programs for retail talent including selection, transfer and promotion, and collaborate with Training team to develop and deliver effective training programs to upkeep their knowledge to support retail-led growth
• Working closely with CDM team to retain/cultivate our VIP customers as a Brand Ambassador
• Maintain knowledge and interest in fashion industry and trends
Job Requirement • Degree or relevant professional qualifications in the related discipline
• Minimum 12 year-work experience in a consumer Retail sector, ideally gained with international specialty retailers in Luxury or Premium Industry
• Good knowledge of high-end luxury business and products
• Experience in dealing with regional business partners
• Multi-national work exposure is preferred
• Commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to lead dynamic teams
• Effective communication skills in influencing at all levels to deliver results
• A keen interest in the product range
• A big team managing experience
• Self-motivated and positive energy
• Mobility to make frequent business trips
• Fluent in English and Korean
