| Job Description | Lead the planning and implementation of the Spurs Hub as a community and platform where Spurs, English Premier League star player's fans who are interested in living Healthier, Longer, Better Lives will come to learn, grow and interact with others with a common interest in health, wellness, financial wellness and later insurance. 소속: 스폰서십 프로그램&플랫폼팀 Job Description Leverage content produced by the Brand Marketing & Communications team to put into the Hub to raise awareness and engagement on Co's purpose of Healthier, Longer, Better Lives and core pillars. Propose and develop other relevant content as needed. Set up and manage the Spurs Hub Kakao channel . Ensure members are engaged with appropriate content. Take actions to gather more members and minimize members leaving. Manage uploaded contents & post from member in the Spurs hub community to activate more for greater stickiness to the Hub. Develop gamification concepts and initiatives in the Hub to increase member engagement. Regular check-up and upgrade of all the marketing contents in the Spurs Hub. Manage the customer journey to ensure Hub members are growing in their engagement and knowledge of Co's and Healthier, Longer, Better Lives to become potential customers. |
