Job Description • Support the CEO in all matters related to external communications surrounding licensing
partnerships, and exploration of business expansion and related opportunities

• Attend tradeshows globally and leverage industry connections to pursue publishing, licensing,
and partnership opportunities

• Provide administrative and scheduling assistance as needed to top executives in support of
important business initiatives

• Analyze proposals, contracts, and other legal documents, break down all details and identify
stress points, clearly presenting findings to executives

• Actively seek new contacts and relationships relevant to the business interests of the company
as directed by key executives

Job Requirement • At least 5 years experience in the business side of the online games industry, preferably working for or with a publisher, with a slant toward licensing and strategic partnerships
• Superb organization, communication, writing, and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to deliver results and progress business interests
• Able to regularly travel internationally for industry events and meetings
• Keen attention to detail required for contract analysis and negotiation, especially as related to publishing and licensing deals
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Korean
• Firm and expansive understanding of the online games industry
